The holders with a tapped hole on the backcan be used widely by installing them on jigs. Can beincorporated in press dies. Can hold workpieces duringwire cutting.[Features]●Six types of specifications; OD tolerance, plating, painting, peripheral knurling, stainless steel spec.and heat-resistance spec. are available for selectionaccording to applications.●By matching the OD“h”tolerance, the holders canbe incorporated in dies.●A tapped hole on the back makes the holders usefulin various applications.Embedded in a jig (Example)KM-0005KM-0007Names of facesAttractive faceMagneticmaterialKM-001KM-002NonmagneticmaterialRear facePROMELTA*SYSTEMSINE BARCHUCKSBLOCKS, HOLDERS,MINI CHUCKSHOLDINGTOOLSMEASURING MAGNETICTOOL HOLDERS HOLDERSH 1H 2KM-0005KM-0007KM-001KM-0015KM-002KM-025CKM-03CKM-04CφD2φD1KM-05CKM-07CKM-08CKM-0005LKM-0007LKM-HKM-TH 1H 2φD2D1KM-025S26※The holding power may drop when the holder is worked onadditionally. In particular, additional work in the radialdirection has large influence on the holding power andtherefore, must be limited to a minimum necessary scope.H 1H 2indicates the attractive face.KM-0005φD2D1KM-06S32φD226area……Additionally workable.KM-0007KM-001Side faceUpper limit of working temperatureThe holding power drops as body temperature rises. The following typesare available. The original holding power returns to the original levelwhen the temperature drops to normal temperature.■Type A (Alnico magnet used)Superior in terms of temperature. The holding power as high as 85% canbe maintained at 350℃when the holding power at 20℃is 100%. Thistype can be used up to 400℃intermittently for a short period of time.■Type B (Samarium-cobalt type rare earth magnet used)The holding power drops to about 95% at 100℃and to about 85% at200℃when the holding power at 20℃is 100%. For continuous use,the upper limit is 150℃and for intermittent use for a short period oftime, this type may be used up to 200℃.■Type C (Neodymium rare earth magnet used)The holding power drops to about 85% at 50℃and to about 70% at100℃when the holding power at 20℃is 100%. The upper limit forcontinuous use is 100℃.KM-0015KM-002MAGNETICTOOLSKM-0005LKM-0007LKM-0001KM-T0015KM-T00281
