[Application]
Electro-permanent magnet designed for lifting and transporting, controlled electrically to magnetize and release magnetization of the inside permanent magnet.
It is suitable to transport steel plate, iron products, when LEP-Q is placed with full face contact on a fl at steel surface.

Power instantly activates in 0.2 seconds only , it is energy saving.
The electric power is used only when attracting and releasing only.
he attractive force is maintained during lifting without electrical power flowing, it is safe.
To be used with exclusive LEPR-P control/rectifi er.

Precautions for use
Rust and scratches on the attractive face adversely affects the holding power.
Inspect/check periodically and make repairs.

[Application]
It rectifi es input from ACV power souce to DCV and outputs instantaneously current for magnetizing and reduction of magnetism to electro permanent magnetic Lifma.
[Features]

It is equipped with alarm circuit for protection *to avoid overheat of Lifma by continuous and repeated supply of electricity.
Pendant type push button switch is supplied as standard accessory.

* For safety purpose, if operation of rectifi ers for magnetizing or reduction of
   magnetism is made 5 times in series within a minute, it becomes under the
   conditions of " Alarm " and does not accept further operation thereafter.
   In order to release the conditions of " Alarm " , please shut off the original
   power supply to rectifi er once and then turn it on again.
